Support for People Using Touch & Go

As the third English lockdown announced on the 4th January 2021 continues, with many schools closed, we are pleased to be able to offer further support to our customers. For all customers who pay for an annual under 21 Touch & Go pass by Direct Debit, the bus company will pause their next scheduled payment. This will mean that we have paused payments for a 2 month period.

Those customers who have paid for an annual under 21 pass in full for the year can request a refund for one month by completing a form here by 12th March. Customers who paid in full and applied for a refund last time do not need to apply again.

Passes will still expire on the original end date and can continue to be used on buses to travel throughout the lockdown period, in line with Covid journey guidance.

All other period tickets and passes will remain in use, because many people continue to rely on buses during the lockdown. The bus company will monitor events and ask customers to check the website for the latest announcements.
