Touch & Go Direct Debit - Pause scheme closing

We know that during these uncertain times many of you were unable to use your Touch and Go pass due to Lockdown restrictions and our services being reduced. From Monday 15th June 2020 we are operating a substantially normal service level. As a result we've made the decision to stop offering the option to pause your direct debit.

Those customers who have already applied to pause their pass, the pause will remain in place.

To request a pause before the deadline, please complete the form here and we'll take care of the rest. Thanks.

If you've already filled this form in there is no need to request again as we have paused your direct debit.

Please let us know by 12:00 on 15 June in order to pause the direct debit from July onwards.
