Touch & Go Refund 2021 Lockdown

Those customers who have paid for an annual under 21 pass in full for the year can request a refund for the month by completing this form. Passes will still expire on the original end date and can continue to be used on buses to travel throughout the lockdown period, in line with Covid journey guidance.

Please complete this form by 12th March. Customers who paid in full and applied for a refund last time do not need to apply again.
