If the final journey on our evening services is cancelled, we’ll make sure you still get to your destination bus stop.

What Is the Last Night Bus Guarantee?

Our supervisors always monitor our buses, especially the last buses at night.

In the very unlikely event that the last journey at night on one of our bus services is cancelled for any reason, we guarantee to arrange alternative transport to do the bus route.

Who Is Eligible?

To use the guarantee:

• You must be waiting for the final journey of one of our services after 2200.
• The journey must have been officially cancelled.

How We'll Get You There

We won't leave you stranded:

• A driver will be dispatched in another bus to do the route.
• If this is not feasible, our late supervisor will arrange a licensed taxi to take your intended final bus stop.
