Road Closure – Gibb Hill, Comberbach
Services 9 & 9A
We have been notified by Cheshire West and Chester that Gibb Hill (Comberbach) will be closed due to service works on Monday, 28th April 2025 for up to three days.
Service 9 journeys will have to omit Comberbach, and remain on the main road.
For journeys towards Northwich the stop situated just after the junction of Pole Lane will be observed, and towards Warrington, the layby opposite the Pole Lane stop will be observed.
Service 9A journeys towards Northwich operate (A) Warrington Road, (R) Cock Lane, (R) Budworth Lane, (L) Warrington Road then as normal 9A. For journeys towards Warrington, as reverse of outbound diversion.
Passengers in Comberbach for Northwich on the 9A will board at the Warrington Rd stop on Budworth Lane stop, and for Warrington on the opposite side of the road.
