If you travel most days, say to work or to college, save money with touch & go from Warrington’s Own Buses, either on our app or as a smartcard. Pre-load with the ticket of your choice, then every time you travel just show the driver the ticket on your phone or touch your smartcard on the card reader on the bus. There’s no deposit and, not only does it save you money, it gives you unlimited travel on any regular bus run by Warrington’s Own Buses, including Network Warrington, The Pops & the Cheshire Cats.

how to get your touch & go

For an annual Touch & Go! product, register through the online form or to get a smartcard immediately, simply download the form, fill it in and take it to the travel shop in the Interchange bus station

when will I get my ticket?

To get your pass immediately visit our shop in Warrington interchange or fill in the form below to setup your direct debit and receive your pass in 10 working days

In order to complete an online application we need to confirm that you are the bank account holder for which you wish to set up a direct debit and that you are the sole account holder. If not, you are able to complete the application in person at the travelshop.

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Warrington Borough Transport will notify you by email 5 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Warrington Borough Transport to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Warrington Borough Transport or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – if you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Warrington Borough Transport asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Warrington Borough Transport.

when will it start

You decide when to activate your ticket on the app, or if it’s a smartcard it will be activated the first time you touch it in the card reader on the bus. This means you won’t be wasting any days if you don’t use it straight away.
