September Service Changes

From 1st September, there will be a number of changes to our timetables and network including some key changes for South Warrington, including the reintroduction of the hourly cross-boundary service to Altrincham via Broomedge.

What are the planned changes?

Service 5 – will operate via Broomedge and Little Bollington to Altrincham, offering a faster and more direct service from Warrington, Stockton Heath and Lymm.  Warburton will be served hourly by Bee Network service 280.

Service 5A – will be extended to run to Sale Metrolink via the current Service 5 route through Partington, providing convenient connections to the Bee Network buses and trams.

Service 5B (Sundays Only) – will run via the current Service 5 route through Stockton Heath and Partington to Sale Metrolink.

Service 6 – will no longer serve Cobbs Estate (Monday to Saturday) but customers can catch our regular Services 7 and 8 to Warrington and Stockton Heath.  Some Saturday and Sunday journeys will be renumbered as Service 8.

Services 7/8/8A/9/9A/9B – there will be changes to times to improve punctuality.

Services 13/14/15 - there will be changes to times to improve journey times and punctuality.

Service 32 - there will be changes to times to improve journey times and punctuality.
