Update to Travel Information Centre Opening Hours

From 30th March, the opening hours at the Travel Information Centre will be changing. The centre will now be open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. This update reflects customer demand and helps ensure we can continue offering the best service during the busiest parts of the day.

There may occasionally be a short period of up to 45 minutes around lunchtime when no one is available at the desk. During this time, timetables and travel information will still be on display so customers can continue to access the details they need.

We appreciate your understanding while these changes are introduced. Our team will continue to support customers with journey planning, ticketing advice, and local transport information throughout the week.
